Low Cost Holidays beating the January blues
With people now returning to work after the Christmas break, Low Cost Holidays have beaten the January blues with a colourful campaign that encourages potential consumers to book their summer holiday at a great price.
Using such copy lines as ‘Don’t go high cost, go lowcost’, the online travel agent is running a strong ooh promotion and the vibrant creative includes a variety of holiday destinations. Planned by Havas Media and PML, Low Cost Holidays is running a domination at Pearse St Station, displaying on CommuterPoints, 96 Sheet and backlit panels on the escalators by the station platforms.
Low Cost Holidays also ran an experiential promotion at Pearse Street Station on Monday 5th January. As commuters made their way through the station en route to work, they were greeted with alcohol free “cocktails” and a mocked up beach to remind them that now is a good time to book a holiday. Promotional staff were also giving out a discount code to passers-by, which was available to use on the Low Cost website from 6th – 11th January.
Low Cost Holidays have certainly brightened up the New Year with this colourful campaign and have us all in the mood for a holiday!
